Thin blue line, red line, green line avatars

For those waiting or wanting to get a strike through line on your username to show support, another option that you could use to show support is by using one of these as your avatar.

I wasn't trying to offend anyone. Just providing what popped up when I google searched it for any that wanted to use it. I just went for a variety. If you'd like I can delete the skull one for your Armed Forces, but that doesn't mean others won't google it up and use it.

For anyone in the USA that doesn't like our flag on a skull can piss off. Freedom of speech trumps your offense. I am only making this offer to our Canadian Brothers because I don't know their laws, rights, or stances on things.

 

No no, I'm good and not offended. Keep them for anyone who chooses to use it. As far as I know, we don't have any crazy Maritime laws or Canuck Law society monitoring the use of our flag

I just don't like seeing any countries flag used for anything other than in flag form. Just a personal observations.

 

On the subject of support, is there a color that encompasses them all? I appreciate and value all the groups I see represented by these lines. LEO, Fire Fighters, Armed Forces, Medical Professionals, Dispatchers, etc.

Ah, I see. Glad I didn't step on toes then. I can understand the preference. It drives me nuts to see the USA flag pointed the wrong way (star field on the right) so I think I understand.

That one has something to do with always facing forward or looks like it's waving etc on a vehicle driving. With our Flag, doesn't matter!

It took me a while to be ok with that one. But now it makes sense to me...even though I didn't describe it well. We get USA officers up here sometimes and it always catches me off guard when I see it on their uniform

 

I love these, but I’ve seen the colors mean different things.

- Blue: always police/LE
- Red: Military or fire fighters
- Green: military or some other group I’ve forgotten... maybe border patrol?

Classic. Now that I think about it, I think I've seen green used for Correction Officers too.

I have a bunch of these in a random drawer on my work bench. They're just a crosshair for haters around me, so I stay in stealth mode (as much as a truck can).
