Looking into a roof rack and wanted to get some thoughts on some of the options available or if y’all have any positive or negative experiences with any of the companies. Let me know if there are any I missed.

Spider is a no-drill option. They use physics and epoxy to keep the rack in place. People have been pretty happy with it since the whole victory incident.

Their option for the 2022 Tundra involves drilling. I messaged them to confirm

That looks like it would defeat the purpose of the panoramic roof and sunroof?

Can the panoramic roof skylight still open up at least?

I have the uptop. Faring is great. 2 sidewalls and the handles set it apart. Light bar cutout is perfect.

Victory 4x4 roof racks had very crappy install instructions and a video that led to people perforating the side curtain airbags in the roof liner. They then went dead silent, removed the video, edited instructions, and refused to communicate on the issue; acting like nothing ever happened. Their conduct after the issue was raised wound up getting them banned as a vendor on here.

I know Rhino has their Pioneer system developed for the CrewMax. Judging by their install instructions, I think they use clamps in the rain channel. So...maybe it's a no drill option? They don't advertise it as such though. I figured they'd be screaming it since every other option is a drill option.

I have a Prinsu on my Leer that I installed last weekend. I'll (most likely) order the Prinsu for the front when it comes time to do the cab so they will match. There aren't a lot of roof rack options (outside of Prinsu) for the Double Cab right now.

The Rhino Pioneer clamps to the top of the door jambs. OK solution if you're trying to store when not in use, but not an ideal permanent rack attachment solution IMO. The search continues...
