Hi group! New proud tundra owner here!

I have a 2022 Tundra hybrid model with a tri fold tonneau cover. I need to travel to the beach in the following month with strapping things ontop of the cover. I will have to much gear to/stuff to fit inside the bed with the cover down. Are there any hooks or tie down anchors you can install on the truck bed rails? Looking at the inside of the bed, this doesnt look easy. I need something like this:

I am worried that something like this will not be sufficient to hold a few hundred pounds and wind resistance:

    Thoughts?

I added these to the rails of my '19. I don't know rails are the same for 2019 vs 2022, but there's probably anchors that fit 2022's if they are different.

    Rings:

    Anchors:

The anchors come with stainless bolts - I added the flat and split washers from my stash. These anchors will slide over the stock rail bolts.

I need them to be on the exterior of the bed cover, not interior. I dont think these would work. Ideally would have some sort of hooks in the circled areas.

Not familiar with Tigeracing, but Bull Ring makes a similar product that folks on the forum have used. Not sure about weight limits or of you have stake pockets but that will be your best case scenario.

Depending how often you need to load above the cover, you may want to look at a Diamond Back or a Retrax XR (retractable with rails on top). Both are definitely costly but I would trust those more for more frequent use.

Seems dangerous strapping to the top of the cover, interested to hear how it goes and if everything comes back
