    Greetings Gents,
This is a request for tire size info, not specific tire options.
I've already scanned all the related threads addressing tire size and didn't find the exact info I need. I've got about 55K miles on my current KO2's and am needing to replace before full trailer towing season. I was hoping to upgrade to the new KO3's but BFG has released a schedule for size releases this year and the 285/55/20's are not on the list for 2024.
My question is... on a stock 2018 TSS can I run 275/65/20 or 285/60/20's on these wheels without any (or any severe) rubbing? Discount Tire tells me that the 275/65's will be about 1 inch taller which should most surely rub on the front.

Second Gen (2007-2013) and Third Gen (2014+) Tundra
    No Lift Kit
    Max tire sizes are:
    • 18″ rims: 285/65 R18 – 5/10ths taller and 4/10ths wider than factory. Trimming may be necessary.
    • 20″ rims: 275/60 R20 – one inch taller but same width as factory
    1.5 – 2″ Leveling Kit (or less)
When installing a leveling kit, you might be able to fit some wider tires than what we have listed. It may require some trimming though, but it is possible.
    Max tire sizes are:
    • 18″ rims: 275/70 R18 – One inch taller but same width as factory.
    • 18″ rims: 285/70 R18 – 4/10ths wider and 1.7 inches taller than factory. Trimming may be necessary.
    • 18″ rims: 295/65 R18 – 1 inch taller, 8/10ths wider than factory. Trimming is probably needed due to width.
    • 20″ rims: 285/60 R20 – 4/10ths wider and 1.5 inches taller than factory.
    3″ Lift Kit
With a 3″ lift kit, the options continue to get better. However, the wider the tire, the greater the likelihood of trimming.
    Max tire sizes are:
    • 18″ rims: 285/75 R18 – 4/10ths wider and 2.8″ taller than factory.
    • 18″ rims: 305/70 R18 – 1.2 inches wider and 2.8″ taller than factory. There are Tundra owners running this size, but trimming is required. Replacing the stock wheels with after-market 18′s that have less backspacing is recommended.
    • 20″ rims: 285/65 R20 – 4/10ths wider, 1.6″ taller than factory.
    • 20″ rims: 305/60 R20 – 1.2 inches wider and 2.4″ taller than factory. There are Tundra owners running this size, but trimming is required (it’s a tight fit).

OK. Here's the latest update. I spent some time at Discount Tire. I had them order a KO2 in 285/60/20 to try it on for size. It's a smidge taller than the 285/55's and I wanted to see how much if any it would rub on my front wheel well. It did rub slightly. But well within heat gun range. Might even be able to keep the front mud flaps.
So, this tells me I can put the KO3's on in 285/60/20 with just a bit of plastic reshaping/moving. If I can hold out until October. When that size in the KO3 is "expected" to be released.

Update to his update.. I just purchased a set of new BFGoodrich KO3's in 295/65/20.. which is basically a skinny true 35" tire. Fits perfectly fine with no rubbing if you trim the fender liner and push it forward about an inch, then use a heatgun to shape the liner a bit (I used a football to push it in a bit). Other than that, I just had to bend the factory skidplate up a bit with some channel locks. No body mount chop needed. I'm running a 6112 in the front set to the top setting, a .25" shim on both sides. 5160's in the rear with a +3 coachbuilder shackle. Stock UCA. Gives a nice OEM+ look with just a smidge of poke.
