I am searching for assistance with how to check the tires from inside the truck. I went through all the applications and it doesn't seem to work. I called the Toyota technician and he stated the vehicle doesn't have one. I asked so there is no way I can check the air in the tires from inside the vehicle ?? The low tire light came on and there was no way I could actually see which tire is low. This makes zero sense...to me.. if anyone knows for sure please respond, with thw weather getting cooler there will be more warnings..

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Look for TPMS in your owner's manual. It's there. That technician was clueless. In the 2.5 Gens it is displayed on one of the screens behind the steering wheel. I bet it's the same in the 3rd gens.

It's on the info display but it doesn't do anything. I really think since they rotated my tires they didn't reprogram it. I went through all the programs on the settings menu and the one that says identify your wheels does absolutely nothing.

On SR5 Should be the controls on the steering wheel on the left, left and right arrow buttons, several menus appear on the center dash and one of them is TPMS. Your 1794 might be different. I would take it back to them.

My dash is a little different, but the concept is the same. The car does not come up at all no matter how many buttons I push while in the TPMS system..

    Sounds like a warranty issue.
