I hope everyone is safe and well! Any suggestions on:

Michelin Defenders vs Toyo Open Country A/T vs Mickey Thompson Baja Boss?
Thinking 305/50/20 without any lift kits, if they fit...

    Thanks to all...

Of those, Michelin are the best overall, best ride, mileage warranty and perform well in dirt, snow, wet, on road, everything but mud. But they have tame looks which some dont like.

Others you mention are decent tires and will look better, but not last or ride as well as Michelin and will not be lasting as long.

So it is personal preference based on how you use the truck, the look you want, cost, etc.

Check out michelin agilis OP (sometimes referred to as cross climate in certain sizes)

I've ran agilis on my c7 vette (in winter)
Several tacomas, my daughters nx300 lexus, & currently my tundra...I have 107k on my 22 tundra, so I drive plenty of miles & always arrive alive thanks to the agilis

Michelin or nothing for this driver

That Size you proposed is about 0.5" smaller overall diameter than stock, so no worries there about height lift wise because its a shorter tire. I would say if you search and read in the wheel and tire threads and find someone who was able to get at least a 12" wide tire on a stock rim you'll probably be good, but not sure you would want to put that wide of a tire on a stock rim. Want to say most people can get a 35" Tall x 11.5" wide tire in there but might need wheels spacers to accommodate anything over 11.5", but can't remember.

Now that you know what size tire you want to stuff in there maybe that will help in searching through the wheel and tires threads. Also kind of an odd size you want to use there, but hey its your money so you get to spend it how you want.

I like Michelins too. Interesting how Michelin's marketing partly aims at the Commercial truck market on this tire -

I'm a Michelin guy myself, always have been. But like you stated, the look isn't as aggressive. But looks aren't everything, take it from me on that one
