Is there a list some where on this forum? I can't seem to find one. There is a comprehensive list on the Tacoma forum on a sticky. I have written the Tacoma values down for the castle nuts on UCA and tie rod thinking they should be same or close.

From what I have found the Tacoma torque values are good for Tundra too. Anyone know what the lug nuts should be torqued too?

Not sure about the rest but I believe the lug nuts should be torqued to 90.

So I have found conflicting numbers for the lower control arm to the frame.

    Some in here say 96ftlbs
    Toyota suspension manuals say 207ftlbs
    All pro instructions say 207ftlbs
    Toyota dealership has 96ftlbs

so my question is the lower control arms on my 2016 pop and when I tighten to 200+/- they stop…. But is 96 right or 207?

I don’t have the numbers in front of me, but when I installed my TRD Fox kit, I remember the LCAs being in the 200 range.

96 sounds more like it’s for the wheels’ lug nuts to me.

    I went with the 207

feels good but not like butter, changed multiple things at one time so who knows what it is.

    new suspension
    Different alignment
New lower and upper control arms

all in all it feels good just need to chase the little noises

Did you ever figure out the noise? I’m in the same situation and am leaning towards the sway bar
