Has anybody weighed their truck?

I weighed it at a highway truck scale but it seems way off, my truck is basically stock.

Only mods are:
35 tires with 35 spare
2” lift
Panhard/track bar
Aluminum side steps
Front skid plate
Winch warn vr10s and winch mount.
Stock wheels
The bed is empty.

Total weight 6550lb
Front 3800
Rear 2750
Minus people in the truck 350lbs ish

 

Sound right to me. The curb weight is over 6k

 

No clue about the weight, but your truck looks good in the rocks

 

Seems light, the truck is need of some doughnuts.

 

Stock curb weight all over the internet for an SR5 double cab TRD OR says 5380 but I guess shit adds up real quick. Minus the 350lb of 2 people in the truck guess it does make sense, also topped off 32gal of fuel.

What's your door sticker list as curb weight? Remember, curb weight is full fuel and no driver or pax. Not even your owners manual is included in curb weight....Or add-ons.

 

The hybrids are all pushing over 6000 lbs. a well optioned non-hybrid is probably 5600-5800 lbs.

 

My SR5 4x4 with 33s was 5640 lbs before I put E-load 35s and a CBI full skid plate on. Probably closer to 5900 now.

 

My '24 1794 with full tank of gas & 102 lbs load capacity reduced sticker (from accessories) weighed in at 6,260 lb.

 

So "basically stock"?? Lol your funny!

I weighed mine (23 hybrid limited) the other day and it was 5900lbs with only a full tank of gas. I was standing next to the button. Only mod is a bed cover.

 

That seems maybe a little heavy, but not crazy. Just keep banging your truck off of rocks, all the unnecessary shit will fall off! Big ups for actually wheelin your rig

I believe you need to look at the GVWR on the other sticker, then subtract that 1500lbs to determine the weight before passengers, gear etc. For example GVWR = 7365 minus 1500 allowed for people/gear = 5865. In theory that should be your starting weight. Then you’d need to add on all the goodies, which I guessed at.

Aluminum side steps 30lbs
Front skid plate 20lbs
Winch warn vr10s and winch mount. 75lbs

Total = 285lbs

Would you be so kind as to post your payload sticker after you check the weight. I’m really curious to see the difference between top line trims in 2.5 vs 3rd gen.

It says added weight should not be more that 1290 LBS or GVWR 7630. It weighed 6300 on scales without me in it. I have probably 60 LBS of added weight in bed. @ZappBrannigan
