    HELP!!!!!
I am about to upgrade my tires and wheels...going with Method 316's 17 with a +25 offset...

I am so conflicted on the tires and I have it down to Toyo vs K02...going with a 315 70 17

I feel like I hear more bad about the K02 but I think they look better...

I do more pavement driving BUT I do go offroading quite a bit too.. I have the Nitto Ridge Grapplers now and they are just OK in my opinion...wore out pretty fast!

I had Ko2s and really liked them. No issues at all onroad or offroad. they are heavy though. If you can wait, BFG is coming out with the Ko3 next year

Have had terrible experience with KO2s on wet pavement and in mud. Never again.

All good. I wasn't trying to be a butt about it either. Sorry if it came across that way.

Big fan of the Toyos. Had the Toyo AT2s and have AT3s currently and they are both great. I briefly had the K02s which were on my truck when I bought it used and they seemed nice in dry conditions, but I never tried them in other conditions before upgrading to really comment.

I'm a big fan of this wheel & probably doing the exact same. What lift do you have to fit the 35s? I'm guessing a pizza cutter with a +25 offset would be pretty easy to fit them, but I don't know a ton about wheels.

I’m just another guy that hates the KO2 on wet roads. In fact, I got rid of them super early.

There is no comparison, toyos are better tires and look bulkier too

    Alot of them
@drgordon13 I have the RG's as well. I'm right at 30k and they are starting to show their wear and are loud as hell. I run 285/70's and considering moving to the 295's. My RG's are 59 lbs and the Toyos in the 295 is only 63 pounds. The Toyo is the best option for me in moving to a 295 and not killing mpgs. Stay far away from the BFG. They are stone magnets and are also known to have balancing issues. The Toyo....excellent tires period. They are rated higher than the RG's on wet traction. We run them on our 4Runner and they handle well, especially in the FL rain.

Been running K02 for almost 26k. No issues to report on my end. Driven on snow and rain and tires did great. I also live in Southern California so we don't see much rain. Rotate tires every oil change too.

I never had an issue with my BFG KO2s for 50k miles. 275/70r18. Yeah they threw rocks but whatever. Great in snow/slush, no balancing issues nor rain traction as widely reported here. Only problem I had was inventory/backorder issue and not in the size I wanted.

Wildpeaks (when they were inexpensive) and Toyo AT3s' on the wife's 4R. both are incredible tires Toyos are significantly lighter and the 4R butt dyno definitely felt it.

I’ve had Toyo AT2 and Toyo AT3. Toyo is hard to beat imo. I’d try KO2 if I knew they would outperform Toyo but I’m not willing to spend the money to find out. my vote is Toyo

Nice! I'm glad it fits without chops; that gives me hope for when I replace my wheels. What's your lift?

I’ve had ko2s on the last 2 trucks and didn’t buy them this time around because of the wet traction.

At 45-50k miles KO2 are slick in the rain. But they will last 70-75k miles. Toyos you will be replacing at 45-50k miles. I have run both and prefer KO2. Tread is smoother at 45-50k miles. Toyos start to ride rougher around 40k mark.
