Narrowed down the tire search to the Toyo at3 and Toyo RT trail. 295/70/18 size for my 2018 tundra. Mostly driving on the highway, but do hunt so will be in the woods occasionally. Any suggestions on which tire? Both have very good reviews. Any input would be appreciated

I am between these tires also. I do some off-roading in Big bend area of Texas so leaning more towards the RTs. Hope you get some input!

I feel for you. That is a tough decision. I'm on my 4th set of MT's on 2 Land Cruisers. These tires are the best. I've just
got a 2010 RCSB and need an upgrade. After 12 yrs of Toyo's, I'm going to go with the RT Trail. I feel it has just a slightly
better tread. I think aired down slightly will make them perfect when need arises. I have Cooper AT3's on the Tundra now
and they kind of let me down in winter conditions. So not renewing their contract!

Toyo AT3 (and 2) last a long time, are quiet and lightweight for an AT tire from my experience. Passenger load have decent 13/32nds or 14/32nds new, while C/D/E usually are 17/32nds but weigh alot more (but light compared to other C+ options). The P load ones on the FJ cruiser I got have 50k miles and are still 9/32nds tread somehow. No experience with the RT but would imagine they’re heavier/more tread/offroad focused but if mostly for highway may not be a great choice.

I'm used to heavier off road vehicles. E rated tires are the price of being alone hundreds of kilometers from
    any kind of help.
