Are the sensors off my 2015 steel SR5 wheels going to work in a set of 2015 TRD aluminum rims?

They are different sensors, but you can flip the ones from your steel rims over when installing into the aluminum wheels. I did mine this way when o upgraded to the trd aluminum wheels and haven't had an issue so far in 20k miles.

You can buy new sensors, they're relatively cheap these days

I successfully used the sensors from my steel wheels in my aftermarket aluminum alloy wheels

Thanks, I’m gonna try and flip them and see if that works. Worse case I’ll just run regular valve stems for now. I’m gonna get new tires later this year and can put the correct ones in then.

The tire guy flipped the sensors and was able to get the tires mounted without issue. Thanks for the tip.

I’m gonna get the correct sensors before I get all terrains later this year.
