Trailer running lights not working. Fix

So I was I going nuts trying to figure out why my running lights weren’t working but brake lights and turn signals would on my utility trailer.

I could tell it was either the harness or truck. I assumed harness since relatively new truck. But no obvious issue

I had checked fuses but only saw the relay. I missed the tow tail fuse. I didn’t know about it until I checked w mr google and he pointed me to threads on this site. One in particular had a good pic to point out the fuse that I missed. Yep. That was the culprit. Blown. Changed it and all good.

also note. If this is your problem check the ground wire (white on 4 prong). It may be all corroded causing the problem . Mine was. Just redid a fresh connection. Hopefully no more fuses blown.

 

My running lights on my 2021 Grey Wolf stopped working. After checking all the connections on the trailer, I 'googled' this problem. Yup, my 30amp fuse Tow Tail was blown. Should have check this website first. Thanks for the info.
