TRD Grill Letters help me find them!

Bought a TRD Grill on ebay of course I didn't read the fine print and it did not come with letters



I bought some tacoma ones from https://www.proooauto.com/products/letters-for-2016-2017-2018-2019-toyota-tacoma-trd-pro-grille

but they do not fit properly they are slightly smaller (wish they made some for tundra they would be perfect)

I saw harmon has some but they do not mount to the grill

any idea where I can find these letters thanks!

 

Wow not as easy as I thought. I assumed you could buy replacement letters. Have you contacted @Roman?
The Harmon letters attach with double sided tape or you could use little beads of epoxy. Many members use those methods when adding or changing what is on their grille, so I wouldn't say their letters don't attach. I wish you luck!

 

I'm not looking for specifically just the letters I need the backing part that goes directly onto the grill see the black part in the photo

 

I thought that was part of the grill. It looks molded in.

The manufacturer of your grille doesn't provide a solution? A solution that allows them to get around not advertising TOYOTA?

 

Does the grill manufacturer offer any letters?

 

They said they no longer have a source for for it

I did however just find this on google images doesn't really give an option to buy it's a foreign source

These guys are hooking me up with the letters that they provide on their grill. They do not list them on their website but spoke with them through fb messenger. I bought the tacoma letters but they are subbing in the tundra letters on the order. Hope this helps anyone in the future who orders a grill from ebay/china with no letters.

 

Just return it and buy OEM. Haha

 

Ha that is an easy way to do it. I'll admit I'm a cheap ass so I found a way

They charges me 24 bucks for them I'll get some photos up when I get it all put together

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I have the same problem but for a 2018 grill. Any new info on the letters?

 

Bumping an old thread, any updates on this? I found a 2018+ TRD Pro grill locally cheap but no center emblem, any solutions? Looks like that MC Autoparts website is no longer active.

I ended up buying OEM but have a left over grill with no letters.

 

Thanks! I am guessing that is what happened with the grill on marketplace, purchased it and discovered it doesn't come with the emblems. Might not be that great of a deal though by the time everything is said and done.
