Hello, just wanted to confirm if the TRD PRO Fender Flares can be sanded and painted truck color as I am not a fan of the camo pattern. As they are constructed of an ABS material, just as the OEM fender flares, I am assuming that they can?

Also where is the cheapest place to buy them? Part Number?

    Thanks!

You can either sand them down or use enough layers to get rid of the pattern. Multiple owners and shops have successfully painted them.

Is there a vendor that sells the complete wiring needed to connect the fender flare lights?

Has anyone painted their TRD Pro Fender Flares to match the color of their truck? The local Toyota Dealer Body shop has informed me that if they paint them you will still see the camo design. I was hoping that a few coats would prevent that from being the case.

    Thanks

I’ve seen a few. Both with the camo and without.

Most likely has to be sanded first to remove the pattern

    Not exactly.

The SR does not have the needed provisions to install any factory fender flare.

    Not exactly.

You can use multiple layers of paint in order to remove the very minute laser etched technical camo.

Rave is notoriously overpriced and they were kicked off this forum due to poor business practices.

And let's not forget how he was using his wife's account, pretending they weren't affiliated to RAVE and defending RAVE when I brought up facts about his shadyness

that's too bad, didn't say they were cheap or not overpriced, but I will keep what I said that they are well made and plug and play. too bad their business practices are not decent like stated unfortunately. I experienced no issues with them. but again this isn't here or there. don't get me wrong not denying some have issues with them, I haven't and worked perfectly for my needs

Anyone know the part number/ source for just the lights for the flares? Had one of the orange ones burn out on my front passenger fender. Hate to buy the whole flare just for the light but wondering if that’s the only route
