In September there was a labor day sale so I ordered a TRD Pro Heritage Grill for my 2024 SR5, or I thought I ordered one. I ordered part number 53101-0C220. First question: can we confirm that I ordered the correct part number? From everything I've read online it's supposed to be the correct number, but I would love a 100% confirmation.

Last weekend I decided to tackle the install. I pulled everything apart, removed the SR5 Grill sub-assembly and lined up the new grill and something was wrong. The top clips lined up, but the the side and bottom mounts were completely different from the SR5 clips. I zoomed in on the part number stamped on the part and it reads 53144-0C530. Not what I ordered. 2nd question: what is this supposed to fit?

    Thanks,
    Kurt

Looks like you got the Sequoia grill rather than the Tundra unit. The Tundra one is taller.

you had the correct part number 53101-0C220 that's definitely what I ordered and received. 53114-0c530 is a 23/24 sequoia grille. if you have your order documented with the correct tundra part number then whoever shipped you the wrong part owns you a new correct grille

Thank you @PBNB & @mfa1981 for the confirmation. I was able to talk with the parts counter at my local dealership and email them the picture of the part number on the part. They will have the correct grill for me in the morning to exchange. BTW the box had the correct 53101-0C220 part number on it. The Sequoia grill was miss-boxed. I just wish I had figured it out before tearing everything apart and putting it back together. Sigh...

Ya it is unfortunate that you had it all apart to find the wrong part. What are you going to do with the lightbar that is in the grille as far as connecting it? I had mine shipped from Sparks on the complete other end of North America so I am glad they shipped the correct one!

I have the OEM TRD Pro light bar switch PT45A-34220-AA and all of the pieces to wire the lightbar according to @KClav 's instructions: https://www.tundras.com/threads/trd-pro-light-bar-switch-p-n.116422/page-2#post-3256955 . For the 3 grill accent lights on top I have the Toyota part PT358-34220-AB: After a ton of searching I found the correct part number for the plug, I also found the correct male and female plugs for the headlights and tail lights. I ordered all the plugs on AliExpress, then built my own harnesses that plug between the factory harness and the headlights/tail lights with tails for the TRD Pro fender flares. The front right harness has an extra tail for the grill accent lights. I should have taken pictures of the harnesses before installing.

Yah that sucks, but look on the bright side, when you go to pull it apart again you will be an expert.
