TRD sport owners with TRD convenience package, heated steering wheel?

Interesting my 22 truck does not have heated steering wheel, do any of you guys have that?

This equipment package shows it comes with it, but mine is missing? Pic is the 22 Toyota sr5 build config.

Did you save your sales tag of your car? Was it mentioned on the sales receipts?

 

My SR5 with TRD Sport Premium has it. Build date 09/22.

 

The configurator has its issues. For instance, it won't let you build a TRD OR premium *and* convenience package, yet I own one. My truck has the HW as well, but its listed separately on the sticker. bottom line: If it ain't on the sticker, your car doesn't have it.

 

my window sticker shows leather steering wheel, not the heated version, guess its just a bad config by Toyota like everyone says oh wellz

 

I have the toasty warm steering wheel! Mine is a Limited TRD off road package. The Canadian options seem a bit different than the US ones. I think there are many more configurations south of the border.

 

We get the steering wheel and shifter from the TRD Pro in all the off road packages as well. But way less configuration options

 

The online tool isn’t buggy. Its available options is based on the inventory and allocation for your zip code.

that screen shot says “TRD sport WITH OPTIONS. There are a ton of combinations. I think the last time I built an SR5 there were like 21 different package options. The last one was like SR5 premium TRD sport with options and it was literally everything

 

Sure it isn't buggy? Care to explain my pic then, seems like ppl contradict you. This is builder config, not what is available on dealer lots already lol

What explanation do you need with your pic? You chose a package that happens to have a heated steering wheel. Doesn’t mean that package and options bundle was in your truck.

You don’t seem to understand the tool is tied to allocation, location and inventory.

type a different zip code in and watch your options and packages

Not buggy. Just not being built for your region at that time.

 

Please read the title carefully and the first post again. You are not even matching up the specs I spelled out in the title of this thread. And pretty sure your on 23 builder - the (20 options)

Others say its buggy yet you fight so hard to defend toyota, you fanbois have lost your minds lol

Also the other guy is meaning he has TRD and TRD convenience package, btw you should keep trying zip codes and pull up the correct package I listed for a 22 builder and report back here, cuz I already did that lol

My 2022 TRD OR had a separate line for leather heated steering wheels. It was not included in the convenience package.

You chose a package online that had it, doesn’t mean yours has it. It’s really not that hard to understand

 

Same here leather steering wheel not heated. I was wondering the same thing? Maybe it’s a regional thing

 

Speaking of the heated wheel- I sure wish it could be turned up a bit. For me a heated wheel was a must have option that I use year round, but the Tundra wheel is only lukewarm. The wheel in my wife's MB is almost hot to the touch in comparison. I'll never own another vehicle without a heated wheel though. I'd give up heated seats before the wheel. Same with heated grips on my motorcycles.
