I am looking for a rack that is compatible with the truxedo roll up tonneau cover. Truxedo Elevate seems to fit the bill, however, the installation instructions say "Elevate Rails are incompatible with trucks equipped with factory track rail systems". Anybody have this rack and willing to measure the inside of the rail depth?

I have the Elevate racks and it comes with drop down brackets to retain the use of your rails, it just lowers them down a few inches.

I have a Bakflip MX4 Tri-Fold tonneau, so maybe this is a problem specific to the roll-up?

I can't really measure the flange that (I think) you're asking for cuz it's covered up by the rail for my tonneau, but near as I can tell the Elevate TS rail flange is 3/16" shallower than the flange for the Bakflip.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you! Those pics are exactly what I was looking for!! I think it is the brackets to drop the factory rails that makes it work. I was not sure the elevate rails would fit.

Thanks for taking the time to take pics and share, much appreciated.

Is the power outlet USB, or is there an inverter tucked away that gets 110v to the box? Very slick setup either way!

My pleasure, happy to help. If you have any other questions or need measurements just let me know.

I'm super happy with the setup.

Elevate racks are solid, and suit my needs quite well. Mainly hauling surfboards and SUP's, but they're rated stout enough for a RTT.
750 lbs. static, 500 lbs. driving. and 250 lbs. driving off road.

The racks are spread about as wide as possible with my short bed. For scale, those SUP's are 14' and 12' 6", and they're very secure at highway speeds.

I was surprised how few options are available to run racks with a tri-fold tonneau.

No inverter, though I have a small one I can plug in for light draw 110V accessories.

Just 12V, USB, and a voltmeter. I mostly use it for a little portable shower to rinse off after surfing.
