All access cab tundras from 2000-2006 should work, double cab ones don't fit quite right, and I think t100 toppers fit decently well

As much as it sucks to hear if you want to get a decent list and a number of options on camper shells that fit I would reach out to ARE, LEER, and some of the other big-name brands for shells. Because of our trucks' age and how strange buying additions like shells can be, writing an email to a sales rep or a contact person would be your best bet to see a full list of shells that would fit.

I'd also look into what you want a camper shell for to determine which type to get. Like do you just want a regular shell? Do you want sliding windows? Do you want fold-out side windows? A lined topper or straight metal? The questions and mods go on and onnnnnn :)

The Tundras are a very unique size, so nothing from the big three will fit.

toppers are kind of a Wild West. There’s no centralized documentation. Basically, buy a new one designed for your specific model for $$$$ or find someone selling one used that specifically came off an AC 1st gen Tundra.

Another approach is to look at trucks for sale on craigslist with shells, and make a 'reasonable' offer to purchase the shell only.
Shells really don't add that much value to the resale of an older used truck, and often the new buyer will take them off anyways.
It can't hurt and all they can say is no. I purchased a Leer for My old 2003 Ac Tundra that way
I believe Snug Top still has a couple shell molds for AC & DC Gen 1 Tundras. It would be a 'Custom Order', so be prepared for sticker shock.

Here is my access cab with a camper shell made for an 04-06 Double Cab. There is a gap along the front bed rail that I plugged with pipe insulation.

Anyone have a link to fold out side windows for the snugtop?

I'm in the same boat as you. Researching the 1st gen picture threads where people list their camper shells, I've noticed many are no longer produced. Seems to be we have to do some leg work as opposed to getting a master list (may or may not exist?, haven't found one on the forum yet).
