    Ah. in the industry we call that a "baffle board", not a box.

    I see you went this route. Any reason you didn't go with the 2x8" Q-Logic enclosure?

    You're doing better than I am, I've got my Q-Logic enclosure installed as of 7 months or so ago (that's probably more like 14 mos ago), and haven't dropped the Kicker DVC subs into it I bought a few weeks before it.

    Curious, what are you driving the sub with, and where are you mounting that? I picked up a JL HD900/5 to push mine, but again ... haven't gotten in yet. I literally have everything I need to do the install, just haven't been able to get a day or two of dedicated time to do it the right way, safely, the 1st time.

    I really wish someone made a nice low-profile bracket or shelf that hooked into the passenger seat's two rear bolts for amps. I know there are pre-made kits for other trucks. I'd seen too much shiz in my lifetime with people mounting direct to the carpet and the amp becomes a missile in a collision to go that route.
