Found this unit of a Tundra for sale on marketplace. Never seen one with a flatbed. Not quite sure if I like it or not, would probably look better if the bed were painted black.

I love a flatbed, however with the Tundra's payload capacity I'd want aluminum and those fold down/removable sides like you can get on trucks in Australia. I usually prefer function over form.

    Too many, but not enough....
The flatbed on a crewmax definitely looks odd. I think i would like it better on a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG bed lol

At least this gets the benefit of high clearance. The CM-style in OP just looks like a money dump for no reason given payload.

Never seen this done to a Tundra in person, but this looks like sacrilege to me

Seems like a total waste of money and does not look good or provide much function imo.

If you need a stakebody truck get one, I mean the CM is a 5.5ft bed lol.

Whatever floats your boat though

    It's still a Tundra :bananadance:

Payload?? Hmm, curious how many of the payload concerned bunch ever rented a U Haul to move crap and actually scaled the van? Just sayin, the world is far from perfect guys.

A lot of guys will do this to skirt DOT rules for commercial towing, something about the bed to haul cargo vs the flatbed that doesn't.... guys that delever campers, haul autos or other expedited freight, etc....

Blue truck looks good because it was clearly a thought out design, front bumper matches the bed, lift and rim/tire choice works etc...

The red truck looks like someone lost a bet. Nothing goes together and it ends up being a mess.

I need this in my life. Too cool. Those wheels are great too. Thought i think these setups look way better on double cabs with a longer bed.
