Myth. No scurvy on pure carnivore. Without carbs competing for transport (Vitamin C uses the same methods as carbs) you need very little vitamin C. A bit of liver and you have it covered.

As for the diet part, I have been easing into it. Only just started to be more serious in the last two days. By Wednesday I should be full carnivore again.

In all seriousness, to see why scurvy isn't a worry, look at the Inuit people. Strict carnivore diet for ages, and no scurvy. In fact, the only time scurvy popped up for them was after they integrated more with the modern world and ate "white man food" with the carbs.

Also, each meal does not have all elements of the BBBE. Those are just the entirety of the simple version of the diet. I can have any animal products that are natural, except I'm supposed to give up milk as well. Did not do that one last time and did not have any ill affects, so I'll likely keep cow squirt in my diet to substitute for giving up all other beverages outside of water. Nights without energy drinks will be difficult.
