Been seeing several ads, and some interesting youtube videos on Valvoline's new oil Restore and Protect. I know our 1GT's are typically high in miles, and I'm sure several have other vehicles that are high miles. I'm wondering what some opinions are on the stuff. My wife's car is a scion TC that has terrible oil consumption because of the engine's design flaw that gets worse over time. My Tacoma is high miles and has begun showing signs of oil consumption (about 1 qt per 2000 miles). Just looking for some other folks who might've used it and your experience. I do like what they say about it gradually cleaning the piston rings because that would help tremendously with my wife's car.
