Just purchased and hard wired installed. Having issues - 1. Can't seem to get Parking Mode to work. 2. LCD Screen never turns off and cam never stops recording. Need assistance please.

First post I've seen on Vantrue N2 Pro. Appears to have good reviews. If you've installed it properly (double check connections), then the camera is likely defective. Logic says cam should keep recording in park mode, and LCD screen should go to sleep to minimize battery drain. If you bought from Amazon, they'll take it back.

Like most products anymore, it's made in China dash cam. Attempting to work technical problems through Support is likely to be ineffective, but I would give it a try. I contacted a pad manufacturer website yesterday to ask why a cheap pad wouldn't connect to WiFi when ever other device in the house would. (I anticipated the "Is your router turned on?", and, "Are you entering password correctly?" questions.) They came back to ask if I was getting "Avoided poor internet connection" message while it was connected to the internet!

Hi John, thank you very much for your response. I am trying one more thing and it that doesn't do it, I'm asking for a replacement. Have a good Tuesday.

I just bought my Tundra two days ago. I had the same dash cam installed on my Tacoma, however it did not have the air bags on the side where the handles are. How did you route your wiring?

I have the same model for over a year now. Havent hard wired yet as I may get something else. If the screen never goes off then check the settings mine goes off automatically after about 30 seconds. Only time it comes back on is when I start the truck and screen goes off while still recording.
