"Vehicle Customization" Menu Grayed Out

I've had my 2020 SR5 for a couple months now, the Vehicle Customization menu is grayed out now. It wasn't a couple weeks ago when I made some changes to how the auto locks work.

I've tried it in Park, with Parking Brake on, with truck turned off on accessory and on positions, and in all cases it's grayed out. Also tried holding the radio power button down until it restarts but nothing.

Any ideas?

My 2018 wont let me get to this menu unless the truck is running. It will not work for me in accessory mode.

Did you put it in Valet mode?

 

Maybe disconnect the battery fo 20 minutes or so and see if it resets...

The manual says the engine needs to be running..
