Changed pads, rotors and drums on '06 Tundra and have vibration when braking, feels like rears but not sure. Also changed out rear cylinders and front brake lines and was pretty anal about cleaning hubs and contact surfaces. Anyone have any ideas?

Not after, but pretty thorough cleaning throughout. Bedded brakes after my first test run, when I found out about bedding brakes, but didn't drive but a few easy miles in between.

Try applying just the emergency brake while driving to see if the rear brakes are causing the vibration. You should be able to feel it without necessarily coming to a complete stop.

Do you feel the vibration in steering wheel or even the peddle ?
Assuming it is rear, have you double checked you got parking brake cable installed properly. We have seen that issue on a few occasions !

Had the same thing happen to me. Brand new Power Stop front rotors/pads, new rear drum hat/shoes/cylinders. Shook like a bastard even after several brake bedding runs, rear cylinder adjustments, and even trying to swap the old rotors back on. Turned out one of the drum hats was warped new out of the box. Had them turned and the vibration went away. Hopefully you solve your issue.

Many new drums are warped out of the box. Became such a problem in my old shop we would turn every new drum we put on. Most were slightly out, some a lot.
99% of the time you’ll feel front rotor warp in the steering wheel. If it’s not there, suspect the rear.

It’s never a bad idea to check runout on new drums. I installed some new NAPA ones put on along with some other additional parts and they’ve been great. What brand of parts did you go with?

I also went went the Powerstop all the way around. Pulled off rear drums and all is assembled correctly, couldn't feel vibration while pushing down parking brake so suspecting its the rotor/calipers. Was forced to drive it 800 miles to and from WI. this week and slowing down from 70 to 30 was pretty rough. Not sure if I should get OEM rotors and pads or just try rotors first and hope the pads aren't jacked up.

Is there vibration only slowing down from high speeds and not low speeds? I have this issue and it's basically the rear brakes not being properly adjusted. To help I generally engage, disengage the rears several times once a day to help. Basically, the truck just doesn't depend upon the front rotors to do all the work at high speeds and engages the rears. If they're not engaging as well as they should, that puts the burden on the front disks.

I'd say that was your issue if stopping or slowing down from 40mph or under doesn't create the vibration.

I'm not sure what Powerstop model you purchased, but quite a few people have been able to correct the problem by going to the Powerstop cryogenically treated front rotors and pads which can supposedly handle the burden unlike the stock OEMs.

Pretty much got the vibration slowing down from any speed, but much more pronounced from higher. Gonna tear pull front wheels off next free day and see if there's anything obvious. Thank y'all for all the ideas, f'en shame when you do all new and don't get the desired outcome.......but a lot of knowledge was gained and everything comes apart easier now!

Pulled front wheels off, both rotors look beautiful, spun over and no out of round friction of any kind.....bled brakes again since I was in there but no bubbles.....just can't seem to nail it down to front or rears....vibration not bad when braking in steering wheel and can't reproduce inching in parking brake down. SHIT, FRUSTRATING.

This happened on my FIL's 2000 Tundra. Ended up being warped brand new drums.
Do you still have old drums? Put them on for a short ride if possible and see if any change.

    Yep, drums.

Local auto parts / machine shop told me they turn every single drum they sell. Something is going on with all the current manufacturing.

They told me raybestos seem to be the most reliable aftermarket drums.

Appreciate all the advice and wish I would have gone after the drums right off but many of my peeps insisted on rotor issues and had never heard of out of round drums. It's a calling to put the word out there to all for the future. Saddest part is manufacturer is aware of defect and won't warranty and Rockauto will only give exchange. Do I really want another set of defective drums? Want my money back or a credit!

Just have your new drums machined. Would probably cost as much as return shipping and you can usually get them back same day. If you have Napa or O'Reilly in MN some of those stores have machine shops that can cheaply turn your drums for you.
