Im going to be getting some LEDs to light up the interior of my truck.Aside from the VLEDS being a little pricier is there a difference in product quality?

I started with a bunch of HR Led’s. The only ones I haven’t had a single problem with are my reverse ones. Dome lights burned out, switchback front turn signals I go through about 1 a year.

I have started replacing all the interior ones with VLEDS and haven’t had a single problem related to them.I have had them for over a year. I kind of messed up the contact in my right dome light but that was my fault. I pushed it in to far the first time I put in one of the leds and now every once in a while it will need to be reseated.
If I purchase any more they will be VLEDS. Sign up on their website for emails. Always getting coupons.

Thanks George.I was kinda leaning towards the VLEDS anyway due to their 3 year warranty.

I've only used vleds since 2012. Had them in the 2012 tacoma, transferred those that I could into the 2016 Tacoma. Never had one go bad. In the 2014 4runner the only issue I had were the license plate lights dying after 4 years.

Ordered complete new set for the tundra and I usually pick the 5k lights. Apparently they changed something and the new 6k lights are like the old 5k in whiteness. Had to reorder the whole set in 6k when I originally ordered the set in 5k. The whiteness in 5k just irked me and wasn't a fault on vleds, it was a personal preference.

Also if you can make sure you get lights that have dual polarity. It seems only vleds carry dual polarity which is a great help. Helps minimize issues a lot

Only downside is vleds are more expensive that other high quality LEDs sold by high profile dealers.

In the end I've thought about using HR but vleds had never given me and issue in 6 years.

Forgot to add, this is only on interior bulbs.

    Lost track after #1.
I haven't had any issues w/my HR's, but I did have to send back the VLED switchback turn signals as they weren't working.

I have HR interior LEDs in red and they are bright with no trouble so far. Had them since I bought the truck new in 2017. Also installed HR LEDs in all rear facing lights. Only had them about 7 months but no problem so far and they are WAY brighter than stock.

This! I'm 100% happy with my $15 worth of Amazon LED's.

VLED is outta there mind to sell extremely cheap electronics at those prices...and you're all nuts to have paid for them o_O

Just installed all VLEDS interior inside of my truck. Would highly recommend them over HR. Quality and brightness are insane. CS is top notch as well.
