I’m going to make this as detailed as possible because I’ve searched everywhere for an answer and I can’t find anything definitive. Most forum posts have multiple lights on or other symptoms.

I have a 2014 Tundra CM with 112k on the clock. 3” toytec lift has been on for about a year now. No other mods.

Yesterday I was driving out of my neighborhood at about 15mph when the yellow TC/VCS (The one that looks like a skid) Light started flashing. While it was flashing I lost all throttle response for a short time just like you do when your tires are slipping. This was driving straight through the neighborhood on dry ground so no wheel spin was happening. It would briefly go away, but when I pressed the throttle and made it down shift it would set the light off again briefly. I pressed the TCS off button, to the right of the steering wheel (then pressed it again to turn TC back on), to see if I could just get it to reset and it quit acting funny. I couldn’t replicate it for the rest of the day no matter how hard I hammered the throttle. When I pressed the TC off button the red “auto LSD” light came on, not the skid image with the word “off” under it. (Is that normal?) I thought it should illuminate the *skid image* “off” light when the TC off button is pressed.

this morning when I was heading to work I went over a small hump turning right at a stop light (normal throttle press, nothing crazy) and I heard what sounded like the abs test *clunk* and the yellow TC light flashed briefly again. I didn’t lose any throttle that I noticed this time because it was so quick, and I couldn’t get it to activate again on the 35 minute trip (mixed stoplights and highway).

I’m looking for any suggestions for diagnosing the problem, or if anyone has had anything similar what all you checked in your investigation. TIA.

The attached photos are for reference regarding the lights I’m referring to. The red “auto LSD” is illuminated because I pressed the TC off button. The one that flashes is the top right box with the skid in it. The skid with “off” below it was never illuminated the last two days. I hope this makes sense.
