Got the bumper and winch installed. Next is a set of Bilsteins to go in.

It's weird though; I drove home from the shop and all seemed fine. But then travelling on the highway the next day I was getting an assortment of error codes. Trailer brake error, Pre-collision system malfunction, cruise control error, and Limited slip caution light came on as well.

But then, the next day out driving, no codes at all, and I presume everything was working. I tested Cruise control and it was ok. ??

And the Warn bumper, even the model like mine with a short bush bar, doesn't sit high enough to block any sensors (I think).

Anybody have any ideas about this? I can't figure it out.
    Love this set up tho!

I have the same set-up. I have not encountered any of those problems. What wiring did you mess with? Did you get the Warn badge for the front?

This was installed by 4Wheel Parts. I don’t know what wiring may have been worked on other than tying into the battery for power to the winch. The block heater plug was relocated but there was a ton of slack so it was no issue.
And no, I didn’t get the badge! Was that supposed to be included?
    I’ll ask about it.

Any suspension upgrades to support the additional weight? Sounds like a TSS issue from being to far out of level.

I am installing Bilstein leveling kit, but they’re not going in till next week.
It’s just weird how I had no codes or lights on day 1, then day 2 I had lots, then day 3 everything was normal again. ‍♂️

I had the same Warn bumper/winch installed on my '21 DC about 2 weeks ago by 4 wheel parts. I have not experienced any code or sensor issues. Agree that OP's experience was odd - hopefully just a one day gremlin.

My Warn winch mount was delivered about a week ago. Waiting for a day that I can dedicate to installing it. Warn Zeon 10S Platinum will be mounted in it. What light options have any of you considered?

I have no plans for adding lights at this point, but I did save this image from a previous post from a forum member who had a couple nice looking lights on his Warn setup. I believe it says AJT on the lights if you look closely.

A few months ago, I noticed my front bumper on the driver's side was sagging. I thought there was a chance it was related to the Warn semi hidden winch that was installed over a year previously, and after getting bounced between Toyota dealer and 3rd party installer (4 wheel parts now Toys for Trucks) a few times, the issue was finally resolved. The explanation was a bit fuzzy, but I'll provide my best interpretation in case others encounter this issue. There is some sort of brace for the winch that has a slotted bolt. The brace is accessed via the wheel well side of the bumper. If the bolt slides down the slot over time, the bumper will sag. It was a relatively quick fix once the issue was identified. Here is how my bumper looked prior to the fix -

Yes, that's a '21 pro with stock heritage grill. I've had no issues with radar sensor and the bullnose.

I like that look, wonder if they make it without the bar on top?
