I am going to install a 12,000lb winch with a semi-hidden bumper on my 2020 tundra, should I beef up the front end? Will the stock coils be enough? Thanks for the help.

Assuming you have the synthetic cable you should be just fine. (I have been)

I ran the stock shocks with a steel bumper and warn winch w synthetic cable. I had zero issues. Now let's talk about my FJ and Tacoma... that was a nightmare and required front end upgrades.

A setup like that you would probably be fine. I added a full C4 bumper with a synthetic line 12k winch on 600lb coils and lost about an inch. Plus the ride was really soft and mushy feeling. Give it a shot and if it doesn’t work I would put some higher rated coils.
