I was at the dealership today looking at accessories for my 2025 Tundra and the parts manager suggested the Westin tonneau cover over the Bakflip MX cover. I was wondering if you guys seen or have this brand cover? I was looking at the factory cover as well, but the Westin is cheaper though. I also would like to get the factory Predator steps, if anyone has some for sale (I searched market place already) or knows where to find them cheaper than the dealerships? TIA

The westin looks like a more involved install requiring rails to be attached (but no drilling). It may have better weather resistance because of that rail system though but also may be more work to take off if you would need to. Also might want to see if the third panel folds up like the bakflip. It says it does but does that mean you can actually drive with it fully folded back like the bakflip or I think the rough country one also has like kick stands for when the cover is fully folded back.

Hi Mike, the third flip with the kick stands was the first thing I researched and it does have this feature. If it didn’t have this feature it would’ve been a deal breaker for sure. I really like the factory one as well and the parts manager said that it inherited Bakflip’s past quality. I do like the ease of installation on the OEM model though. :monocle:

I was looking at the Westin or the rough country over the OEM because I am not a fan of how the oem rests against the cab with the prop rods. Then I came across the worksport al4 and will likely be purchasing that one. Price point is between the Westin and the oem. Called their customer service and the Tundra compatible one is supposed to be released in a week or so.

Just talked with worksport customer service again, and am now being told another 4-6 weeks for the tundra compatible one. It will be the Westin or the Rough Country for me based on that.
