Since about 2014 I have worn a High Noon Holsters cowhide leather belt, a thicker version for the carry of both my pants and all the gear I carry on it (holster, spare ammo, flashlight, etc.).

Since I've been losing so much weight, I tried my wife's We The People Holster's cheap no-name knockoff "tactical gun belt," a nylon adjustable belt and it's working out fine. I really like not running out of holes in the belt. I haven't carried a gun on it yet as I've been going out with the shoulder holster but I think it'll hold a gun just fine.

I was planning on an Andrews' Leather exotic leather belt as a personal reward when I got down to the waist size I desire but this belt is working out so fine, maybe I can save $500.00.

    So, what belt for you?

The $25 brown one from Mark's Work Warehouse. I think it's their store brand.

Fairly plain black Harley Davidson belt, I've had a couple of them for years & they won't wear out. Good and strong for C.C. as well.

I wear a 5 stitch Original Instructor Belt with jeans and shorts for everyday wear.
I rarely tuck my shirts in so it can't be seen.
It can handle any belt holster I have.

I wear a 3 stitch Frequent Flyer Belt at work since I have to walk through a metal sector going in and out.
I also wear it when I fly and go to concerts.
It holds a Leatherman Wave and a 1st Generation Olight Warrior Mini at work.

The Kore Essentials belt is amazing. I've had the 1.5" nylon EDC version roughly two years and with how quickly and easily they adjust I have a hard time switching to something else. Extremely durable and it holds your holster exactly where you want it. You can adjust it VERY discreetly. Huge range of adjustability. Everyone that I've recommended it to loves it.

For reference, I carry appendix with a sidecar for a spare mag. The belt buckle goes offset to my 10 o'clock so it doesn't print. I can also afford to lose some weight.

Been using their nylon belts for years, the three I have all look brand new. Never had a single time they've loosened on their own either. I am sure patagonia might not be the most popular brand here, but they do make very good quality stuff.

I used to were 5.11 belts all the time but now wear Crossbreed Belts and I like them a lot.
They are made well and help support my holsters.
    I have them in 1 1/4" and just ordered a 1 1/2" too.
They are currently on sale (Click on Closeout and Clearance) and also have a seconds site where they are selling for a great price if you can find the belt you like in your size.
I am wear between a 32 and 34 pants (Depending on the brand) and I have a 37" belt (Non roller buckle) that I wear with light clothes like dress pants or shorts, a couple 38" belt (Non roller buckle) I wear with Jeans, a 39" (with roller buckle) I wear wear for work.
The non roller buckle helps add length to the belt because it is longer than the roller buckle.
I would suggest ordering at least 4"-5" bigger than your pant size depending how long you like the tail of the belt.
They also have a video on measuring that helps some.
The founders leather is very nice if you like that option.

I used to wear belts with holes but then they would get all stretched out, not fit, and look terrible. Switched to a Mission Belt, no holes, plenty of adjustment, and can swap buckles or straps on the fly. Been using a black nylon tactical style for years, honestly its one of the best purchases ever for durability.

I wear a belt from Bullhide Belts, it's a leather EDC belt, it works well, doesn't sag, had it for years, no complaints.

You can never go wrong with Beltman belts. Check out any gun forum and they're always high on the list.

I wear a Bianchi B9 leather belt and a 5.11 Trainer belt. I like both but mostly use the 5.11 belt.
