Not paying $6 or $8 at the dealer for each bulb if it takes 10 bulbs when I can get aftermarket for 40 or 50 cents. Just need to know the type number. Pretty much narrowed it down to 37, 73 or 74. Anybody know for sure?

The small bulbs are a T74. The big bulbs are 194s. I upgraded to LED so I'd never have to replace them again. I don't have a picture of the HVAC bezel, but you can do the instrument cluster too.

If your instrument cluster looks like that one.

Ok thanks. Are the green covers necessary to put on the new bulbs?

Well, I bought a box of 74 bulbs and the diameter was a little too big. I was able to force them in but it spread the base out so inserting it back in the cluster was difficult. Just hope they don't pop out of the base over time. At $4 for the box I'm not complaining, but next time I'll try and find the exact fit. After some research, I see these 74 bulbs are a T1-3/4 style. Looks like the correct bulbs should be T1-1/2. Those might be E37,E73, E74, E85, 2721, 2122, 2723 depending on the wattage.

I ordered the OEM bulbs on line and they were like $2 ea vs 8 the dealer wanted
