I can no longer run certain apps through my dashboard screen.....Is there an adapter I could purchase allowing me to run these apps through CarPlay

Can you elaborate? When you say no longer, how were you using carplay before? Do you have an aftermarket head unit?

I had similar issue. On your radio go into settings I think Bluetooth and make sure it's set to use android auto or it might be carplay of you are apple person.

At times I must manually connect the phone and CarPlay starts. This started after this last OTA upgrade. Prior it was spot on to reconnect. Getting in the truck exiting the grocery store. My first start of the day it always connects. After that it’s hit or miss.
