Yup. This fender was just painted to match the door I hit.

But I am blessed my dudes. The big one(compared to the one that landed on the hood) broke off above my roof, didn’t touch my truck and ended up 20’ away in the middle of the street.

When the dealership swapped my frame that's what they put back in it. It was just a mix of ATF and power steering fluid at that point so I just did a flush following the how to thats in the pinned threads.

Headers are on and the truck runs. Bypass complete. Made an extension harness for now on the driver side. Need to order some proper ones so I can have the pass side properly secured

    trucks Obnoxiously loud for now..

Factory fluid was un dyed ATF. It looks just like p/s fluid. I wouldn’t doubt it’s never been changed

Whatever was in my truck didn't smell like atf either. Although it seems power steering fluid and ATF aren't super different anyway so doesn't seem like a big deal.

I’m curious as well. Dunno if I keep the alloys in boxes or dump them. Not worth much. Or shoe them up with 265’s so I have options but am I really going to have 20 freaking wheels across the two trucks when they are cross compatible? Seems nuts.

I finally tackled that ATF drip. Nothing fancy, pulled and separated the yolk and filled the plug with JB. Its the tiniest of drips but over the years the spots were getting noticeable on the driveway. I crawled under after getting home today and I'm stoked to see its bone dry. Also scored some take-offs for 400 bucks, brand new. It was a good weekend.

Nice! Those look good with the 2-tone. There were some of those on CL on the north side of ATL that popped up today but they want $800 and the tires are 285/70/17. :D

Pretty Cool info!! The geezer I bought it from said he changed all the fluids, So I'm thinking 50/50 chance. It's funny how so many people never even consider changing the brake or PS fluid.

If they were 275/70/17, I'd pay it, and hope I could get the TPMS to work. I think the price is 'fair enough' considering what new tires + TPMS + rims would cost separately. I don't think I could manage to stuff the 285s in my wheel wells with stock suspension w/o rubbing the living shit out of my brand new mud flaps.

My gas can tipped over in my bed a few weeks ago so I've been working on getting that smell out mainly with baking soda. Took out my bed box and all my gear. The hinges on the bedbox needed some upgrading so Pops and I did that together. I unzipped my bedrug to take it out and clean it easier. This is literally the first time I've seen this truck with a bare metal bed since 2010.

One of my calipers is sticking so waiting for the warranty replacement to come. Decided I'm going to install a Wilwood manual prop valve and another stainless steel brake line in the rear while I'm at it.
