    I am considering a new 2023 Crewmax, SR5, 4X4, 6.5 bed.

I tow my fishing boat regularly, but it only weighs 2500# GVWR.

I also tow a travel trailer several times a year for camping. Mostly 700 miles round trip. Once per year one long trip 2000 miles...flat with some mountains.

A 3/4 ton would make for easier towing, but I would tend to avoid using it as daily driver. I just sold my older 2003 F350 gasser and the 9-10 mpg around town kept me from driving it more.

So basically......95% of time typically daily use.......and 5% of the time towing up to 7500#.

I wanted to know the capability of this new Tundra with TT V6 and 10 spd trans.

Are there any of you towing travel trailers at 7500 GVWR?

    Thanks!

I'm interested also. Toyota list approx 11,000 lbs for the Limited (which I own). It has airbags on the rear which I like and it keeps the truck level with the smaller trailers I currently have. Looking to go bigger with a trailer so I'm curious what others have seen on the road.

Just towed a 7k travel trailer to Alaska and back, over 10k miles of towing. Completed the entire Alaska Highway & some other not so great roads.
    Your good, trust me!

Tows 10k fine but it’s easy to get beyond the GVWR with a 1000 lb tongue weight. Normally tow about 8000 lbs up grades and at 8000 ft (up towards Mammoth) with no problem.

My TT is 5400lb dry, listed as 7400 GVWR. I've measured the tongue weight to be at 900lb. My 22 SR5 CM tows great! I much prefer it to my '19 Ram 1500. In all honesty though I wouldn't go any bigger with a half ton.
