I'm currently running 275/55/20 BFG K02 on stock platinum 20" wheels. They are great, love them. No issues 6 years and lots of life still.

For my next set, however, I'd like to go just a bit bigger (wider/taller) but no modifications to truck, i.e., no lift/suspension changes etc. Still need the truck to fit in underground parking garages. I'd just want a tad bigger, would be nice to get the truck about a 1" taller overall (roof height), and about an 1" wider tire. Maybe next size up? Is that 285/60/20? or is that 33/12.5 20? I don't know the difference. Trying to avoid tire rub and scraping my roof places.

Thanks for your responses and education on the subject in advance!!

This is a good link to compare 2 different sizes side by side, and it will also show offset, UCA clearances, etc. (just from the change in tire size perspective not to a specific vehicle. Unfortunately, not all mfrs adhere to a size standard, so it's not completely precise, and not all Tundras (even the same year, model and trim) are all the same in terms of clearances, ride height, etc...

Really the best option is to do a bit of research on your questions in the links provided; pick something that you really like and reasonably would expect to work based on your research; and then make whatever minor adjustments as necessary to accommodate if necessary.

To raise the truck up 1", you'd need tires that are 2" bigger in diameter.
