Hey guys, I just bought a 03 Tundra with the V8 engine. As I was tinkering with the fog lights I noticed this piece that seems like it broke off of something. I am not sure where it goes to and cannot find where it broke. It’s connected to the vacuum lines circled in red. Any help identifying what it is will be greatly appreciated. Bonus points if you tell me how to fix it lol.

After doing so research I found out that it’s the power steering valve. Not sure why it’s broken. I did notice that there is a bolt screwed into where this piece would go. Any idea why? Should I take it out? 0A8CA6A2-B310-486A-B071-7C7F5B12FFD2.jpg

For whatever reason the Air Control Valve is not screwed in where it belongs....where that replacement bolt is screwed in.

Previous owner may've done this because of smoke at startup. Pretty f'n lazy if true, but I never put anything past previous owners.
