Just curious as to what kind of used resale values everyone is seeing for the 22' Tundras? I have mine listed for sale at $51,500 which I thought was a good price but its not getting as much attention as I thought. It's an SR5 (14k miles) with convenience package, boulder interior, all weather mats and bed mat, 2/1 level kit, tint and Method wheels. Had a few offers around the 48-49k mark but just was curious what other areas of the country are seeing for used tundras.

Higher trim packages are retaining way better value. The SR and SR5 are really not close to be honest. Dealers have some of those sitting on lots for sale all over at MSRP. Hell I'm $2000 off of MSRP on a couple and still not getting much activity.

Ya that's kind of the feedback I've been getting too is that its too close to the new MSRP and doesn't have any fancy options. Thanks for your feedback!

I punched my fully loaded SR5 into KBB and it gave a really low number. Gave me zero credit for all the options even though you can option the SR5:up to same level as a Limited

Tundras sell in such low volume and in my region there are no used ones so there is not a lot of data transactions to set the price. So volatility may occur until more data points

I saw some used Tundras for sale in my area in the mid/upper 40's. I was shocked seeing such relatively low prices. They're all mid/upper optioned SR-5 models.

I think if you're trying to sell the truck yourself, you may be getting exposure to the tougher lending criteria and higher rates.

Have you checked what a dealership would offer as trade-in?

BTW, one I was considering is a crew cab TRD Off-Road with 14" infotainment, 12k miles and Toyota certified used for $49k

22 years owning trucks as primary driver but first Tundra the buyer community appears to be more niche or conasuers. The percentage of owners that will drop big bucks on lift/wheels/tires appears much higher than other brands. And a preference for higher models with minor options included as well. The other brands seem to have a much higher percentage that value the higher mid line truck over the top of line with massaging seats and other nice to haves but big costs

I ended up selling it to a reseller for 49k last night. Pretty happy about it as that was the MSRP I paid a year and 14k miles ago. The new tundras are beautiful trucks but my biggest gripe was how cheesy the SR5 models were, super uncomfortable seats without the adjustable bolster, and the paint was absolute garbage! Mine was covered in screatches just from drying it lightly with a microfiber towel. Hopefully everyone else is having a better experience!

Now if I can just talk my wife into selling her Bronco for a new Sequoia. Lol.

In my area the only no sales are SRs and double cabs. They die on the lots new or used.
