    Stock for now
I order them and must be getting in soon. I keep wondering if they are located too high??? I can't see pictures that are sideview/low angle. I have a 3/1.25 Readylift level kit and 33x12.50x20 so a tad higher than stock.

    How are you liking them?

Westin stainless. I’ve seen good and bad reviews so we’ll see what happens.

If by too high you mean height off the ground, then I guess that all depends on what you’d consider too high. On my truck, as it sits, no lift, stock tires, etc the top of the running board is about 14.5” off the ground. Hopefully these pics help.

I love the running boards. Plenty of surface for a sure footed step and I have them pushed about as far under the cab as they will go. The only thing about them I would change is the brackets that hold them on. They stick down a good 2” further than the running board itself. Not that big of a deal though if you don’t do serious off-roading.

OEM aluminum TRD ones here. Takes a bit to watch your calves when exiting the truck to ensure that the bedliner material doesn't rip your skin off you. You'll learn very quickly to be careful!!!

Search is your friend....many threads on this already. My 2 cents is Go Rhino D6 because they have a great bite on your shoes for good grip, don't stick out very far, and no brackets hanging below them. I settled on them by searching around the forum... Have fun getting those accessories!

After going through previous threads about that topic I chose the same - Go Rhino D6. Even though my Tundra isn't here yet they were delivered sometime this week and are patiently awaiting their install in the garage.

Soo you have a set of sliders in stock that aren't listed on your website for a third gen tundra? Are they a no drill install? I ask because you replied to a post in the Third gen section of the forum and it looks like currently what you have is for second generation tundra's. As in a Third gen owner posted in the Third gen section of the forum what side steps are you guys running and you replied hey I have sliders in stock for what looks like a second generation. Looks like your new-ish to the forum and just wanted to give a heads up.

Look forward to seeing what you have coming out of the shop down in the springs. Looks like good stuff.

yeah. Literally just curious if that fabricator had something in stock for the third gens. It's also a short drive away and that answer of I have some in stock made me think cool there may be another option out there that he just didn't have listed on his site yet. Guessing by no answer back that was a no. Thought the limited options were expanding a little more and it does look like that shop is putting out some cool stuff.upload_2023-5-9_11-32-43.jpg

I might be one of the few but I have the electric side steps that retract. (came with truck)
Didnt like them at first but got used to them after a few months of ownership.

Toyota OEM, but I would have opted for factory electric steps if they were available. Hopefully there will be some cleaner install options down the road.

is there a way to install step on the side on crewmax 2023 6.5 LB, I feel like i dont have to open the tail gate all the times, and reaching from the side of the truck is lot more efficient. anyone have pic of this installed or even there is a way to install?
