I have a 2023 Tundra with 3" lift and 35" Mickey Thompson Mud tires and a 20" rim. What psi should I run these tires. I am wondering what psi everyone else runs. My thoughts are to run 35 lbs - 40 lbs psi. I have always owned Tacoma's which are smaller lighter weight trucks and ran 32" mt's on an 18" rims. Easiest way to figure it out is just email the tire manufacturer.
Tell them what tire and what you drive. They’ll tell you the proper pressure.

I like to run on pavement at 36-38psi.

This^^^^ I did this today. I went from 265/60R20 stock (car) tires to 285/65R20 Nitto Recon Grapplers. Nitto says run 36-37Psi for most comfort & best wear.

If you don’t know what the weight carrying capacity is for your new tires at a given pressure vs. what the weight carrying capacity was for your factory tires stamped on your door jamb at rated pressure, you’re not doing it right.
