What trim/option to get push-to-start in 2020 or 2021?

Toying around with a '20 or '21 CM. Don't need many bells and whistles but am quite fond of the Apple CarPlay and push-to-start in my wife's Subaru.
Can this be an SR5 option? Or higher?

I believe the SR5 upgrade package has the push start button.

 

Push to start for SR5, you need TRD Off Road Package. Comes standard on everything above SR5.

 

Not all Off Road packages have push button start on the SR5. They had one here that was the OR package and was key start.

 

The upgrade package does not...its key. The Limited is push button.

 

I just checked the 2020 brochure. The TRD off road package does not mention push to start. The 2021 SR5 TRD off road package does. So that's probably what you're seeing.

Hmmm, this confirms my suspicions that it’s not tied to one trim or another.

 

My 2020 DC sr5 off rd has the push button start.

 

Got my 2020 SR5 Crew Max with SR5 upgrade (larger tank), 4x4, TRD Off-Road package about a month ago.

Came with push to start.

Have to say, I appreciate the keyless unlocking of the doors more than the push to start.

 

Yea my 2016 taco had this. I miss it in my 4 year newer Tundra.

 

My 2020 DC SR5 4WD with the TRD Off-Road package has push to start. I believe all SR5 with either the TRD Off-Road or TRD Sport package come with this as part of these two packages.
