What's this on my 2019 Windshield?

I just bought a 2019 Tundra SR5 Crew Max yesterday. Can someone tell me what this big thing on the windshield next to the rear view mirror is?

 

camera I think for all the TSS stuff

 

Radar for Toyota safety sense

 

Part of the adaptive cruise control? Any suggestions in the manual? They're available online.

 

Great. Thanks everyone. I had been scanning the manual and didn't see it initially but now that I know the term "Toyota Safety Sense" I have found that section of the manual. The 2015 Tacoma I traded in for this 2019 Tundra didn't have as many gadgets so I'm trying to figure it all out.

 

Its the optical sensor portion for TSS and some other features such as auto hi-beams and lane keeping assist.

 

It's the camera that's used for the lane departure alert and the auto high beams. Not sure if for anything else. The PCS (pre-collision system) and radar cruise use a radar sensor behind the emblem on the front grille.

 

I swear it reads the speed limit signs as well. If you switch the speedo cluster to the compass it will show the speed limit for the zone you are in. It isn't always accurate though, so maybe not?

 

Pretty sure that option just uses the latest info it gets from your navigation info, and doesn't actually read it in real time.
