    Hello,
looking to remove the 8 pin bearing locknut found on 2wd front wheel bearing.
I have the 3/4 inch 8 pin tool but have not found a way to secure it well enough to get off. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Have you tried an impact wrench? With a couple C-clamps.

Can't you buy that entire piece? I'm assuming you're changing the bearings out?

You could get an old steel wheel from a junkyard that's the right bolt pattern. You can put that in a vice. Or possibly drill holes in a piece of steel to match the pattern that could be put in a vice.

    Alot of them
That's what I thought. The front is one assembly and the rear has to be pulled apart.

Agreed, I'm all about saving money, but sometimes you don't want to take things down this far.

I'm only posting this as an example and am not recommending this particular brand. You can find the front hub for ad low as $85 dollars. Everything I've read is its easy to tear or damage this part if you try and take it apart.
