Hi, I am needing wheel spacers but, dont want my tires to stick out real far but, I do like a nice stance, I have 38/13.5/22 Tires and only rub if im turning real sharp, like in a parking lot. Does anyone know what would be a good size to get. I think 2" might be a little much.20170906_175632.jpg

You should be able to find the offset imprinted somewhere on the wheel. Possibly on the backside ...

Ok, I will go see if I can find it. Is it possible to find it by looking up the rim on the internet?

I think my offset is 13mm if that makes sense. Its a 22x10" fuel rim d251.

Lol ... you and I have the same wheels just in different sizes.

Looking over at the Fuel website ... looks like the 22X10 in our bolt pattern comes in a +6 offset. With my Bora 1" wheels spacers I'm currently at a -5.4 in the front and am in need of a CMC, but I'm only leveled 3/1.

I see you have fender flares too. I have been thinking about puting some on. I think maybe 1.5" inch spacers is what I should get so I dont rub when I turn sharp. It only rubs when I am like turning out of my driveway or into a parking stall. I just dont want my tires to look funny sticking a half mile out.

My Bushwacker Pocket Style flares provide an extra 1.75" of tire coverage, so if you go with 1.5" spacers you'll actually will have a 1/4" less tire sticking out compared to what you have now. Also keep in mind when you start pushing the wheels out, the cab mount comes more into play. Not sure about a vehicle lifted as high as yours though.

Thanks Dave for the helpfull information. Maybe I will just deal with a little rub when I park..lol. or get a bullet proof lift when I win the lottery. I bought my tundra 2.5years ago and from what I can tell I have a 7" procomp lift and I think a 3" body lift. My friend has an 08 gmc with an 8" lift and mine sits about an inch or so higher. I know they are different vehicles but, I would like to do a lift the right way. Nothing cheap about doing that.

I wouldn't go any wider, that's just me. Further out you go the more stress you add to wheel bearing, etc

Ya, after hearing your replies. I think im not gonna worry about it. The only thing I need to get done soon is my gears. I wish they had something besides 4.88's cause my truck is pretty sluggish. I still cant believe with all the mods on Tundras now days there isint 5.13's or better

Personally, I would pass on spacers. Just something else to check torque on. Buy the right offset wheel, skip the spacers.

Wheel spacers won't help your rubbing, it'll likely make it worse. And @Jsena supposedly heard of some gears higher than 4.88 coming soon. You might ask him about it.

Ya, did chat with him. I need them prob by next spring so hopefully they will come out with something better than 4.88 by then. I bought a 29 ft travel trailer last summer and used it once. I had 37's on my truck before and soon as I put 38's on my truck. The power nose dived way more than I thought so if nothing comes out by them I will put 4.88 in

Yessir, spoke to him about it.. in hoping these come out in the next 2 months cause I'm just gonna have to get the 4.88 and then do it again when he 5.29's come out.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Nothing else you can do.. but to everyone reading this.. Call JUST DIFFERENTIAL.. they said the more people that inquire about 5.13 or 5.29 they will also put them into production.. they've told me not enough demand on them. If they dint get request to do it , it won't be done. They need to see the demand and we are the only ones that can do that.. call them up once a week and just say it..
