you can request an allocation request, whether a dealer can get it filled is another story. but the odds the last few months are getting better.

Usually, October is when dealers start taking allocation "requests" for the new model year. At least that's what my local dealer told me a long time ago.

Also, I'm sure you already know, but you're not placing an "order" like you do with most of the domestic makers. You give your list of options to your dealer and make an allocation request. It's also a best practice to give your dealer a list "Must Have" selections and "Nice to Have" selections. That way, they can call you when they have something inbound that at least checks all of the "Must Have" boxes to possibly reduce your wait time.

They either have the inventory or too small to carry. I was at the dealer here in houston yesterday Fredd hass and they got two Trd Pro Tundra with no one’s name on it and over ten in the outside lot.

Well I sold my 2023 Platinum only had it a few months, awesome truck.... did not like the soft ride, that's me...I didn't want to alter the stock suspension... and ordered the TRD Pro, maybe Sept delivery ! now I see that the Platinum going to have the off road package. probably all i needed. I'm sure that would be a long long wait !

    Thanks for the response,
    Chuck
