Does anyone have a good site to access Toyota Technical Service Bulletins?

I'm getting an intermittent error code for my brake controller and wanted to see if the S/W update would help, and wanted to check (NHTSA ID: 10132385, TSB ID: T-SB-0231-17).

Also, My tundra exhibits a vibration/pulsation during light to hard braking, and I'm looking for NHTSA ID: 10132385, TSB ID: T-SB-0231-17. Thanks

I did the update on my brake controller and haven't had that problem sense, it did only happen to one of my trailers though and under heavy braking. that will not fix you vibration issue though.

The vibration issue is separate. Do yourself a favor and go to R1 Concepts, get their GEOMET slotted and drilled rotors and their super heavy duty series brake pads, and you won't have that issue anymore. In the first 60k miles on my truck, I had the pads and rotors replace 4 times. The factory rotors warp pretty easy, specially if you are towing. I tow my boat, my 16 foot enclosed trailer that weighs 3200 pounds empty and usually around 7k loaded, and I also have a 16 foot flatbed car trailer as well. So I tow a lot. Since I switched to R1, I have not had an issue. I am just now replacing pads and rotors again at 140k miles. If you sign up for their emails, they give you a 15% discount code, so for 4 slotted and drilled rotors, two sets of pads and new brake hardware, I am all in with tax after the discount, $388.69. Not too bad considering I would be paying around $900 at the dealer for factory parts.
