I use Amsoil for all fluids in my 2016. Antifreeze is all that's left to change.
Is there any reason why I can't use amsoil antifreeze?

I don't see why not. I use the Zerex Asian vehicle.

I’d suggest draining the block on both sides in addition to draining the radiator to get all the old coolant out.

Not all antifreeze plays well with others and that can create problems. Even asian red and pink are not compatible with one another.

I use Zerex as well. Don't know what was used before I bought the car but 37,000 miles and have not had any hiccups *knock on wood*. Have drained and filled 3 times only using the radiator petcock. I know there's two engine block holes but was too lazy to do it. The radiator petcock only drains about half the total capacity.
