Hi guys… I sold my 16 tundra with full OME B51 lift and bumper. Missed it and just picked up a 2020. Truck came with brand new 33’s and wheels. Want to change down the road. Going to add ARB summit bumper before another full lift, gears, and 35’s. Might be a year or two.

Which Coil/strut or spacer would you recommend in the mean time as a cheap level that can handle the weight of the bumper/winch? Just want to get the life out of the 33’s for a bit.

    Thanks Zach

Id skip the spacer and use that $ toward coil overs, just save it and get a good suspension when you have enough $.

All the spacers are basically the same, if you choose to do it.

I would suggest OME for your application. They have 3 different spring rate/loads, with that big bumper you would probably want the medium or heavy setup to handle all that weight up front. You can get OME at toytec and other vendors. Old man emu suspension.

then you can buy any spacer kit, they are all basically the same, just metal spacers and some bolts.

is there any adjustable coil overs like the 6112 that will go lower than 2.5? Trying to not do a spacer, Looking for better ride. I feel the stock shocks with bumper will be crappy

    Function before sparkle.
The ARB bumper is approximately 215 lbs without a winch and warrants updates to the front suspension - especially if you are going to use the truck off road or in the future want to add a winch and dual batteries.

An ideal setup is an adjustable coilover that can be specified with a 700 lb coil spring and not a spacer. Look to OME, Elka, Icon or similar as they have versions of coilovers that are designed for the extra weight.

Yes, several. 5100s, 6112, the newer 8000 series, Eibach Pro Truck 2.0, toytec has several offerings, Dobinsons and more.

I am not doing a lift persay, but with a similar heavy front end setup on my 2015 pro, I decided to use the updated fox suspension (oem) with the old man Emu heavy springs. I ordered them through @memario1214 and was very pleased with the price. If my truck is ever back from the shop I can get them swapped out and let you know first hand, but from my research you're definitely going to want to stiffen your spring.

It's a 15 pro so has "2.5" in the front with that suspension. It has front rake when the rear airbags are deflated but sits level to high in the rear when the bags are up at 35 psi

Welcome back. Thanks for making that thread on the arb bumper a while back, helped me with install!

I'm running the Nitrocharger shocks with the heavy duty springs (613s) up front with the arb bumper. Not BP-51s, but I've been pleased so far!
