Dang. The video wasn't that old. The SDHQ one goes over the battery, which i didn't care for as much.

That is rather nice and tidy. Not totally sure how much I'll need just yet, but usually the bigger, the better.

 

Highly recommend power trays. Quality is top tier and so is their customer service

 

You can always make something similar. I made this tray for a bus bar and terminal block. Have the sdhq mount for the switch pro. This also has a thumb screw so it hinges out of the way of the fuse box cover. 1/8” aluminum bent with just a vise break.

I'm not seeing anything listed for the 2.5 gen, though.

 

Don’t believe power trays makes anything for 2.5 gen. There weren’t many options at all for 2.5 gen’s.

They make a universal kit that works great. You can install it no problem on a 2.5 gen. See my setup below- Ignore the gross battery this was prior to swapping to a better one lol

It just bolts to your fuse cover. Super stable and a dab of RTV to keep water and dust out and you are good.
