Bolt on instead of requiring welding. Great customer service. Easy to work with and will do what he can to get you the product to meet your needs instead of pushing whatever gives him the most profit. And a great product.

I still stock. But that is what I have gathered from being on here and seeing folks make other choices and then buying DD because they weren't happy. If you can swing the cost, go DD and don't look back.

Expertise, custom, US made, and one hell of a warranty. When they say lifetime, including sound, they mean it. I had their 12" which I loved beyond belief when unloaded, but it was killing the family during long towing trips. I paid shipping, he sent me a custom 21" without any questions.

Oh! And he sells other stuff, too, and is a wealth of knowledge on the trucks. "A man of the people..."

I read it somewhere, that our exhaust piping only have like a 2-1/8" ID. when piping too big, it will rob HP and low end torque.
And DD have everything figure out already.

What does DD offer more than the TRD exhaust? I have the TRD dual exhaust and I love that sound ... so I am curious?

Keith @dirtydeeds has put a lot of research and development into the exhaust system on these trucks. His systems are hands down the best exhaust for the Tundra. I had a Flowmaster on my last truck, and went with dirtydeeds on my current truck. Night and day difference. I lost low end torque with the FM. His systems are well worth the cost. He has been around the Toyota world for a long time and he knows these trucks. You should check out his videos, especially the one where he installs a system blindfolded. :101010:

Our trd rep takes an already awesome system, the trd system, and improves upon it. Anytime you have an uneven firing order v8, you want an X pipe for maximum low end torque.

While we are at it we may as well make the muffler as big or as small as it needs to be to meet your sound level. And let’s get rid of the drone with a Helmholtz resonator.

literally how it should’ve been built by Toyota;)

Keith sets the bar. Who else gives a sound warranty! Proven HP and TQ increase, better throttle response, unique and the best sounding tuned to your preference, ZERO drone, easy bolt on installation, a slight increase in MPG once you can keep your foot out of the gas, and his customer service is unparalleled!

Keith set the bar. He put his all into one of the best products for the Tundra. I continue to enjoy my exhaust system since I received it from DD! It is unique and sounds wonderful! Going on 9 years strong!

As I grow older and even more grouchy, I 'trade-up' for a quieter system. I'm about ready to do it for the third time for shipping cost. Try that with Magnadroan, Droanmaster or even a quality system like Corsa. Call any of them and see if you speak to the builder/ designer of the exhaust you're asking about....ain't happening. Every off the shelf system uses pipe that's fine for pushrod engines but not for Toyota's V8. None of them have put the research, effort and development time into Toyota exhaust systems like Keith has ; and it shows.

I had a Borla muffler and hated it. I now have a DD 6" and love it! I highly recommend
